According to the incoming White House officials Donald Trump, the President-elect, will sign ten Executive Orders on Monday. These will include, among others, declaring a national crisis at the southern border and sending the military to repel foreign invasions. They will also end birthright citizenship.
Trump and his National Security Team have teased that Inauguration day would see several immigration- and border-related EOs signed by the president to protect Americans against the onslaught of illegals entering the country, and undoing the disastrous policies enacted under the Biden Administration.
Officials from the Trump administration confirmed that EOs will be signed to:
- Declare a national emergency at the southern border
- Send U.S. Military personnel to the border to protect the United States against all foreign invasions;
- Stop the “catch-and-release” policy of the Biden Administration and start building the border wall.
- Declare drug cartels to be global terrorists
- Stop the birthright citizenship and suspend asylum programs
These orders only apply to the southern border. Future action will be taken to address the issues on the northern border.
Bill Melugin from Fox News has always provided more information. Melugin claims there will be 11 border EOs, but Trump officials confirmed on Monday morning there would be 10.
According to a Trump administration official, Trump will sign eleven border-related Executive Orders on Monday, including the deployment of US troops along the border as part of NORTHCOM and the immediate termination of Biden’s mass parole program (CBP One mobile phone app & flights for CHNV migrants).
Exclusive details have been obtained on three executive orders.
Order #1: Trump will direct DHS & DOD to finish construction of the border wall & deploy personnel to take operational control of the border. He will order the immediate termination of Biden’s controversial mass humanitarian parole policies & programs, including the CBP One cell phone app, and the CHNV migrant flights program, and he will order catch & release policies to be ended. Trump will also direct DHS and the AG to reinstate the “Remain in Mexico” program.
Order #2: Trump will order US troops to be deployed to the border under U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM), & will order the U.S. military to prioritize US borders and territorial integrity in strategic planning for its operations. Trump will direct his SecDef to develop a unified command plan, and the border security mission will be handled by NORTHCOM.
An official in the Trump administration told me: “This Executive Order is a clear signal that the United States intends on exercising its sovereignty over their land and borders and that our Armed Forces play a part in protecting our border.”

Order #3: Trump will designate international cartels and crime organizations like Tren de Aragua and MS-13 as Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs) and Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGTs). The order will declare these groups a national security threat and will invoke the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to stop their operations.
The federal government will have more tools with these designations to pursue them. The FTO designation enables targeted actions against its members, such as sanctions and financial penalties. Anyone who provides support or resources to an FTO is breaking the law, and most financial institutions report these funds to the Treasury.
There are 11 Executive Orders related to the border that President Trump will sign today. He will make some announcements during his inaugural address, and others throughout the day. This includes the White House.
The new White House officials have dubbed it the Make America Safe Again Agenda and are ready to get started. The Laken Riley Act should also be on Trump’s desk soon if Senate Democrats do not block it. This act will give federal law enforcement officials more power to arrest illegals who are committing crimes within American communities.
