Joe Biden may be the most corrupt president in American history. His pardoning of his son, a degenerate child, was not enough. But his 11th-hour pardoning of several partisan operatives could have rocketed him up the list.
In an astonishing move (at least for a few hours), the president issued a pardon preemptively to Mark Milley and Anthony Fauci as well as all members of the committee from January 6, including Liz Cheney. In a statement that was probably written by Biden’s handlers he declared that while he still supported the “rule of law,” he had to use his power to protect his political allies due to “extraordinary circumstances.”
What are the crimes that these people are accused of? Milley famously called the Chinese government just before the 2020 elections and pledged treason. He warned them about any possible attack by Donald Trump. He claimed to be protecting the country, but the chain of command does not have a clause stating that he disagrees with the president. This makes treason legal. Milley’s actions were among the worst breaches of conduct ever committed by a military official.
Anthony Fauci is accused of breaking the law for lying under oath at a congressional hearing. Fauci swore that it was false when he was questioned by Sen. Rand Paul, R-KY, about the NIH funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Lab. It was proved in 2024 that he lied.
There are also the members of the committee that met on January 6th. In the case of Cheney, it is alleged that she altered a witness’ testimony to suit her narrative while other committee members distorted or destroyed evidence.
The Subcommittee found evidence that Liz Cheney had tampered with at least Cassidy Hutchinson by secretly communicating with Hutchinson and not informing Hutchinson’s attorney. This secret communication with a testimony is inappropriate and likely violates the 18 U.S.C. 1512. “Such actions are outside of the proper functioning of the legislative system and therefore, not protected by Speech and Debate Clause.”
This is the final moment of shame, as we return to Biden. It is inarguably now the worst presidency in recent history. He has abused his authority to protect people against the consequences of the law while claiming repeatedly to be “defending the democracy.” Do you think that giving out pardons for crimes without a specific charge and claiming the recipient did nothing wrong sounds like defending democracy? This is the act of a dictator in a third-world country, not the President of the United States.
The office of Biden is irreparably stained, and it’s up to the second Trump administration to do everything they can to punish those involved. These pardons don’t cover future acts, so make them testify. This will force them to lie again or admit that they lied in the past. This will either expose the pardons to fraud or lead them to prosecution. This is not a case where anyone should be let off easily.
