According to documents from the Draper Police Department in Utah, a concerned friend contacted authorities last month on behalf of an alleged victim who reported being assaulted by an ex-girlfriend at her Draper residence. The incident reportedly took place between February 22 and February 23, with the complaint filed on February 23.
The alleged victim, identified in previous reports as Dakota Mortensen, Paul’s former boyfriend, described two separate incidents of physical assault to investigating officers. The complaints included allegations of grabbing, scratching, shoving, and striking. Police documents indicate the victim expressed reluctance to come forward, citing concerns about the ex-girlfriend’s prominent public profile.
