Jake Tapper spent more than five minutes in his Monday show blasting Joe Biden for pardoning Hunter Biden, his son who was charged with tax and gun offenses.

The anchor of Unfair and Unbalanced had a tone that was reminiscent of someone who is above the rest:

“President Biden liars about this of course makes others in his Administration and Allies either complicit or credulous, including White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre who has been saying this to the American People for months,” he said before showing Jean-Pierre repeatedly denying plans to Pardon Hunter.

Tapper stated, “There was, of course, a benefit for President Biden and allies to tell this lie.” “In June when Hunter Biden, son of the president, was convicted on three felony charges involving guns, his father was still running for reelection against the former President Donald Trump, and Democrats and Progressives saw this opportunity to contrast the two presidents.”

Watch:

Jake is a bit late, given that he and his Network are viewed by many as nothing more than an extension of the Democrat National Committee. Now he is acting like a savior as if his outlet and he has always been honest. Jake, not so much.

Tapper has even turned against Andrew Weissman. The “pitbull” attorney who was one the lead attorneys of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s ill-fated investigation into Trump’s “Russia/Collusion”. This time, he is left with eggs on his face.

Tapper cited Andrew Weissman of MSNBC as a Biden ally. Weissman had praised Biden for “living the law in the most personal manner, and not pardoning the son, which is what he would have done.” He’s not doing it to show that he lives what it means for this country to have a law of the land.

Tapper, with an apparent irony, said, “Living rule of law.” “Beyond pardoning and beyond lying about pardoning, President Biden does what he promised he wouldn’t do.” He undermines his own Justice Department.”

Tapper noted that Special Counsel David Weiss had even criticized the President, saying “There has never been any evidence in this case of vindictiveness or selective prosecution.”

Tapper’s analysis, while mostly accurate, is a bit overblown, especially since he has been a prominent figure in the Corrupt Media World. His network was complicit in hiding Biden’s decline in mental health in recent years, all the while attacking Trump and cheerleading weak candidates such as Kamala Harris.

Jake, you may have got this one right but it’s a long road to regaining credibility.
