Tulsi Gabriel, Director of National Intelligence, has taken steps to fire any employees who were involved in group chats where explicit behavior was allegedly discussed.
City Journal reported that National Security Agency agents had sex chats using the NSA’s Intelink messaging system. “The conversations covered a wide range of topics, including sex and kink as well as polyamory and castration,” City Journal said.
ABC News reported that officials have informed them that over 100 employees of the intelligence community will lose their jobs and see their security clearances revoked.
City Journal reporter Christopher F. Rufo announced on social media that Gabbard was preparing a memorandum to be sent out to all intelligence agencies to identify the individuals involved.

“Memo sent. We know who they were. Action is underway,” Gabbard wrote on X, sharing Rufo’s comments.
Gabbard’s deputy chief of staff confirmed the memo about an hour after Rufo posted it.
Alexa Henning, writing on X, wrote: “The DNI has sent a memo to all intelligence agencies directing them to identify employees who have participated in NSA chatrooms that are ‘obscene’, ‘pornographic’, and ‘ sexually explicit.’ They should terminate their employment and revoke any security clearances they may hold.” “The Deadline Is Friday.”
According to a City Journal source, the sex chats were legitimized as part of the NSA’s commitment to “diversity, equity, and inclusion” (DEI), and the agents “used LGBTQ+ employee resource groups to turn their kinks and pathologies into official work duties,” with the full support of their superiors at the NSA under then-President Joe Biden.

Sources said that these groups “spent the entire day” recruiting activists and held meetings under titles like “Privilege,” “Ally Awareness,” “Pride,” or “Transgender Community Inclusion.”
According to reports, NSA leadership also declared that DEI is “not only mission-critical, but mission-imperative.”
Gabbard has promised to do a thorough cleaning and confirmed that the chats have been destroyed.
Gabbard, writing on Monday for X, said: “This behavior is unacceptable, and those involved will be held accountable. These disgusting chat groups have been immediately closed down since @POTUS’s EO ended the DEI madness the Biden Administration was obsessed with. Our IC needs to be focused on its core mission, which is to ensure safety.”
