How many times have liberal celebrities or actors said that they would leave America if Donald Trump was elected? This has become a joke because they don’t do it. They say that, but then they’re hypocrites.

It looks like at least one of them has finally pulled it off.

Rosie O’Donnell announced in a nine-minute video on her social media that she had moved to Ireland from the United States on January 15. She stated that she moved to Ireland with her 12-year-old daughter. She has four adult children.

“It has been a wonderful experience, I must say. People are so friendly and welcoming. I’m grateful,” O’Donnell stated in the TikTok clip as she revealed her international move.

She explained that she was “in the process of” obtaining Irish citizenship because her grandparents are from Ireland before revealing the reasons behind her decision.

“I never thought I’d move to another country. I just decided it was the best thing for me and my 12-year-old child. And here we are,” she said.

“I miss my other children. I miss my friends. I miss a lot about the life I had back home. I am trying to make a new home in this beautiful land. When it’s safe for everyone to have equal rights in America, then we’ll consider returning,” she said.

She stated it was “heartbreaking to see what was happening politically and hard for me personally as well” and “the personal is political.”

O’Donnell said that she was afraid that TikTok would disappear. It’s funny that she didn’t say thank you to Trump for temporarily saving the app. She claimed that the U.S. mainstream media has “let us down…they haven’t done their job.” She doesn’t believe they are doing enough to combat Trump. She hoped it wasn’t already “too late” and encouraged all “to stand up, use their voices and protest.” To demand that our country follows the Constitution.

Um, Rosie? Joe Biden is the guy who invents imaginary constitutional amendments. Biden tweeted a constitutional change but was told that it didn’t work like that.

Rosie’s feelings are really sad. She is upset about being separated from her kids and friends. She’s let her anger towards Trump consume her to the point that she has taken this step to be far away from her friends and family. She is sacrificing moments that she might not be able to get back, both for her and for her child.

Rosie will soon discover that Ireland is not like the United States. This includes their speech laws. She will likely realize that she made a big mistake.

Maybe that ultimately will be good for her, and she’ll change. I wouldn’t bet on it, but it would be better for her health.
