Nikki Glaser hosted the Golden Globes, and she had plenty to say.
Glaser, 40, opened the show with a nod to weight-loss medication, announcing it was “Ozempic’s biggest night.”
Glaser, who was live onstage from the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif. praised Zendaya’s role in the film “Challengers,” in which the tennis star is involved in a triangle of love with her ex-boyfriend and husband.
Glaser stated, “That movie was more sexually charged than Diddy’s credit card.” “I know… I’m also upset.” “The after-party won’t be as good.”
She joked about Stanley Tucci hosting the show now. Glaser joked that this year there would be no baby oil, but only olive oil.
Officials confirmed that on March 25, Sean “Diddy” Combs’s homes in Los Angeles, and Miami were raided as part of a federal investigation into human trafficking.
According to the federal indictment, during the search authorities seized various supplies of “Freak Off”, including narcotics, and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil or lubricant.
Glaser also threw in a big name to the mix as he rattled off names of films nominated.
Glaser stated that “Wicked”, “Queer”, and “Nightbitch” are not words Ben Affleck uses when he orgasms.
Affleck has just divorced his second wife Jennifer Lopez.
Glaser spoke about her 22 years in the industry and how she got to where she is now.
“I started on ‘Last Comic Standing’ when I was in college,” Glaser told CBS before detailing her shows with MTV and Comedy Central.
Ricky Gervais, the former Golden Globes host, gave her some of the most important advice she needed about hosting.
She remembered Gervais telling her, “You’re gonna do great.” “You are not one of them.”
