Adva Lavie, 27, who has worked under the professional name Mia Ventura and previously appeared as a featured model for Penthouse magazine, stands accused of posing as a romantic companion to gain access to victims’ residences before stealing cash, gold, and luxury designer goods. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced the charges following an investigation into a pattern of thefts targeting vulnerable individuals.
According to law enforcement officials, Lavie presented herself as a girlfriend and travel companion to establish trust with her alleged victims.
