Kim Kardashian’s lawyer announced Tuesday that she will be in court to testify about a heist from 2016 in Paris, where armed robbers locked her in the bathroom and tied her up while they stole jewelry worth millions of dollars.
From April 28 to May 23, ten suspects went on trial in Paris for armed robbery or kidnapping, among other charges. The robbery in October 2016 took place at a Paris apartment that Kardashian was staying in during Paris Fashion Week.

Michael Rhodes, a lawyer for the Associated Press, said that “we can confirm” that Kim Kardashian would be personally testifying at the upcoming French trial involving her 2016 incident where she was bound at gunpoint and robbed by masked attackers.
The lawyer stated that the reality TV star, entrepreneur, and businessman has “a great appreciation and admiration” for the French legal system and wishes for the trial to be conducted promptly per French laws and a fair trial for all parties involved in the case.
