U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents working in a Washington area near the Canadian border found two backpacks containing cocaine valued at $1.1 million. Near the border of Lynden, two black backpacks, weighing 78 pounds, were found by agents on patrol in Blaine Sector (Washington), about 110 miles north-east of Seattle.
